Graham

A dated record of what happened, kept as you go

The record PDF is £14.99, one-off — you pay when you ask for it. Talking to Graham day to day is £9.99 a month on your own.

You message Graham on WhatsApp when something happens — a pickup, a payment, a change of plan. Each entry keeps its date. When you want it on paper, it becomes one PDF.

There is a sample record you can read now. It is made entirely from invented entries — it shows the format, the dates and the way each entry reads, not a family.

Who stands behind it

Graham is run by Jeffrey Technologies Ltd, a UK company — company no. 16947492.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office — reference ZC085480. Both links go to the public registers, so you can check rather than take our word.

About the person behind Graham

Your data, in plain words

What is stored

Your messages to Graham, and the dated entries made from them — what you said happened, when you said it, and any amounts or agreements you mention. That is the record.

Who reads it

Graham reads your messages. That is how the product works: an AI reads what you write and keeps the record from it. The AI processing runs on Anthropic, and OpenAI transcribes voice notes — both act as our processors. The people who run Graham can see your data when they are working on the service.

What we never do

We never show your record or your messages to your co-parent. We never sell your data. We never use what you write to Graham for advertising.

How to delete it, and how long we keep it

Email simon@talktograham.com and we will delete your data and confirm when it is done. Conversation logs are otherwise kept for two years.

The full detail is in the privacy notice.

What it is not

  • Graham is not a solicitor, and nothing here is legal advice.
  • Your record is not visible to your co-parent.

If this sounds useful

The quiz takes about a minute. It tells Graham where things stand for you, so the first conversation starts in the right place.
